How To Get Email on Phone
Only employees approved by the Billion Automotive HR department are able to access their BillionAuto email from their personal cell phone.
- Get Approval from Human Resources. If you have previously been approved, you can skip to step #2.
- Have your manager contact Liz Alford (Director of HR) at liz.alford@billionauto.com or by phone at 605.881.2215.
- Install the official Outlook app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Sign into the Outlook app with your Billionauto.com email address and the same password that you use to log into your computer. You will also be prompted to authenticate with DUO 2-factor authentication.
- Wait 1 business day for the app to start working. IT must manually approve your phone for email once you have logged into Outlook from it. It can take up to 1 business day for them allow it.
Sometimes after waiting 1 day, you need to restart your phone for Outlook to start working.
