RingCentral - Setup/Edit Speed Dials

To setup or modify the speed dials you have available on your phone, follow these steps:

Log in to the RingCentral website at https://service.ringcentral.com/
1. Click the Single Sign-On button.
2. Enter your billionauto.com email address on the next screen and click Submit.
3. Enter the same username and password you use to sign into your computer and click Submit.
4. Follow the prompts to get through the DUO security.
Click Settings at the top of the page.
Select Phones & Numbers to expand that section.
Click on the Presence button on the right side of the section.
Assign extensions to the speed dials 3 - 12 by clicking the Assign Extension to the right of each speed dial. (If you have a side car expansion attached to your phone, you can add up to 99 speed dials.)
Remove extensions by clicking Remove to the right of the speed dial.
Select Save when you have your speed dials setup the way you want them.
