*CDK Service Connect is a function inside of CDK Drive application for creating CDK trouble tickets and chatting with CDK support representatives online. It is generally faster than calling their toll-free support line. Look to the right-hand side of your CDK Drive window and at the bottom click on the S shape. From there, click “Need Assistance?” near the top and follow the prompts.
