Rockbot - Ban a Song or Artist

Ban Song or Artist

If you wish to prevent a recently played song or artist from ever playing at your store, you can ban the song or artist following these steps:

Log into the Rockbot dashboard with your store's credentials.
Click the currently playing song at the top of the screen to reveal the playback history.
Scroll through the playback history to find the song/artist you wish to ban.
Click the ellipses (...) to the right of the song.
Select Ban song from venue or Ban artist from venue.

Unban a Song or Artist

If you had previously banned a song or artist and now wish to unban them, follow these steps:

Click the Music button on the left-side navigation.
Click Banned from to go to that section of the "Music" tab.
From here you can either search for the song/artist using the search bar, or select Banned Artists or Banned Songs to review all banned music.
Select Unban from the right of the artist/song once you have found it.
